We will start with a free initial consultation to discuss your business needs and ensure I am the right fit.
To provide the most accurate quote I will ask you for any necessary documents and information.
Based on our discussions, I will present a clear proposal outlining the scope of work and a fixed fee.
Once you approve the proposal I will send you an engagement letter for acceptance and signature, setting out the payment requirements to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of the service. I will also provide timelines for completion.
I will keep you updated on progress and maintain open communication.

Initial consultation, draft contract for approval/amendment, one round of amendments, final document with explanations.
Exclusions:
Property transaction contracts, employment agreements, and shareholder agreements.Ask me about my high value 3 legal document bundles for startups, tailored to your business needs. Fixed fee pricing ranging from £1,500 to £2,000 depending on complexity & scope.Contract Review standard fee of £650.
What's included?
Initial consultation, in depth review of the contract, written report identifying issues & missing clauses.
Exclusions:
No drafting changes to contract, no negotiations with other party, no shareholder agreements and any contract over 10 pages.Website Privacy Policy standard fee from £400
Whats included?
Initial consultation to understand your data collection practices, clarification of your legal obligations, draft policy for approval/amendment, one round of amendments, final document.
Exclusions:

No negotiations with the franchisor (please note that franchise agreements are invariably standard and understandably non-negotiable to ensure that all franchisees are operating under the same agreement).Contract Review & Redraft standard fee of £995

Initial consultation, in depth review of the contract, written report explaining suggested changes, editing contract to incorporate changes.
Exclusions:
No negotiations, no shareholder agreements, no business sale agreements, no employment agreements, no property transaction contracts, any contracts over 10 pages.Part-Time Monthly Legal Support Option from £1750 per monthIf you are a scaling business that needs legal support on a monthly basis from a lawyer who understands your business, this is the service for you.
What's included?
Consultation to understand business goals & needs, BAU matters from quick legal questions to reviewing 2 contracts per month, 1 contract creation per month.
Exclusions:
